Lay Leadership Retreat Schedule

Register your three selected workshop facilitators 30 days before your selected Lay Leadership Retreat.
Your churches materials will be given to your facilitators at the retreat site selected by your church.
The Lay Leadership Retreat utilizes a highly intensive one day format that begins at each location with registration and coffee from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
The retreat will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. with material distribution beginning at 8:00 a.m.
The training will end after dinner with a dedication challenge.

Registration Information

Each Lead Church is to send 3 lay-leaders to the retreat

The Total Cost for the retreat is $395.00 which includes:

7 “A Call to Joy/A Call to Growth” Discipler packs
11 Copies of “The Master Plan of Evangelism”
3 “Lay Ministry Workshop on Disciple-Making” Training manuals
2 “Lay Ministry Workshop on Disciple-Making” DVDs
1 “Lay Ministry Workshop on disciple-Making” PowerPoint Presentation
Training for 3 laypeople to become OM facilitators
Lunch, dinner and breaks

To Register

After deciding to become a Lead Church and selecting the three lay leaders simply click on the Retreat Registration and select your retreat site. You will have a choice of paying by credit card or net 30 day billing.

As soon as you are registered your church’s name will appear on the list of Texas Hope 2010 “Operation Multiplication” Lead Churches.. The pastor will also receive a set of complimentary materials!

A free will offering will be received to say “Thank You” to the Ministry Team members at each location. The focus of the state-wide initiative is to, “….equip the saints for the work of the ministry….” (Ephesians 4:12) in every participating church.

Lay Leadership Retreats – Equipping Cities and Dates Each Lead Church sends three lay leaders to a Lay Leadership Retreat to be trained to conduct Lay Ministry Workshops on Disciple-Making at their own church and possibly other locations in their city. After training, these three lay leaders will become certified “Operation Multiplication” facilitators.

Lay Ministry Workshop on Disciple-Making – 2010 On Saturday, January 16, 2010, there will be hundreds of workshops occurring simultaneously conducted by Lead Churches throughout the state of Texas. Each of these workshops will be led by three lay leaders who were trained at one of the Lay Leadership Retreats. Each Lead Church will also conduct the same exact workshop again on April 17, 2010 – July 17, 2010 – and October 16, 2010.
